I have more than 10 years experience in hospitality, I have worked in a very busy Italian restaurant called Col’Cacchio Pizzeria serving pizza, pasta and salads(from the kitchen to the front of house) and I have worked about three years as a bartender then about 7 years as a waiter till I resigned on 2013. I’m currently working for 1st class and business lounge(airport lounges) it’s been 6 years now but I started as a customer care then ended up as F&B Attendant which include receiving the stock, check and record the temperature, expiry date, batch number, and allergens, packing and stocking the storeroom and the fridges(FIFO) helping the management with orders and stock take.
