Masupha Adoro is a data capturer for the WDGMC Clinical Research Office, where he has worked since 2013. During his time at WDGMC Masupha has worked on a number of projects, some of which have been published in academic journals. Masupha has been trained in data capture across various health-science settings, and he particularly enjoys field work and real-time data collection. Masupha has gone through Good Clinical Practice (GCP is an international ethical and scientific quality standard for the design, conduct, performance, monitoring, auditing, recording, analyses and reporting of clinical trials) and REDCap (web platform for building and managing online databases and surveys) training. Before coming to WDGMC he conducted field work for projects run by the Wits University Steve Biko Centre for Bioethics. Masupha has completed Programme 1 of the CSSA Programme and is currently doing Programme 2 at the University of the Witwatersrand. At completion of the CSSA programme Masupha hopes to take the Chartered Governance Professional Route.
