My name is Matthew Jacobs, I'm 27 years of age and I would like to apply for the advertised position. I have just over 8 years experience in customer service, ranging from the retail industry to an international ISP. I currently work in the Cloud Computing industry and I have learnt a few great principles working with clients located all around the globe. I'm pretty much a very bubbly person, I try to make my personality stand out as much as I can, whether it be communicating with clients or even my colleagues. I have had some exposure in training with my previous employer as well as my current position and it's a field I am looking to pursue in the near future. I am dedicated to being my absolute best in any position I peruse and will strive for continuous growth and educating myself on how to better manage any challenges I may run into. Every venture I have taken has posed different challenges in my career and development but I try to do my best at everything and give 110% of myself. I believe that even a failure is a sign of success as every failure is an indication of the road needed to follow to be successful.
