I am a final year student completing a bachelors’ degree in chemical engineering at Stellenbosch University. I am in the process of exploring career options for myself to follow the conclusion of my studies and would like to formally express my interest in your company. I expect that a career opportunity in the industry could offer me vital experience and mentorship as well as an entrance to the professional industry. I believe an opportunity such as this one could help me develop both as an engineer and a professional. I am confident socially and believe that I thrive in a group dynamic. I have spent plenty of time on the sports-field and I credit my ability to work as a team-player to this. I am a positive and very rarely do I allow for adversity to dampen my mood. I am committed to becoming an engineer that has the tools at his disposal to make a positive impact on my immediate communities and the population at large. Problem solving is the engineer’s greatest asset and developing my abilities at your company could only allow me to better my problem-solving skills.
