Im a former Account Support Consultant in the Non-Resident Centre at Standard Bank and a former Home Loans Verification Consultant also with Standard Bank. I have formal education as well as experience in providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients and competent in many CRM systems. My key areas of expertise include customer satisfaction, amendments, customer retention, building and maintaining constructive relationships with customers, sales and marketing of financial services. My personal strengths lie in numeracy, analytical thinking, paying attention to detail and problem solving. When faced with solving a problem, I always find creative ways of getting the desired outcome with highest yield. I genuinely enjoy working with people within a team environment but also able to work autonomously when necessary, I thrive under pressure. Colleagues know me as an innovative thinker that brings new ideas to most discussions and meetings. My way of thinking also tends to foster ongoing dialogue between the groups that Im part of, to ensure that every person can add to the pool of meaning and that, as a team, we make the best decisions possible.
