I have been a Team Leader for 12 years, I have managed inbound customer care, quality assurance team, personal loans sales, outbound early collections, outbound late collections, charge off accounts that have been written off and recently trace team. Over the years I have also attended workshops and learnership programmers, I about to finish my diploma in Business Management at Damelin in May 2021,i was part of learnership programmer in 2020 NQF level 4 of Business Administration to be completed in May as well, sessions were distracted by covid 19, in 2012 I was part of the omapny development program called Basic Management Development Program where I obtain a certificate, certificate in Facilitation skills, Industrial Relations certificate, Performance Improvement certificate, Leading Change Managennt certificate, Diversity attendance certificate, Supervisors skills certificate and Excel certificate.
