Good evening My name is Mbulelo Ntusi. I am an African male with more than 23 year’s experience in HR across diverse industry sectors ranging from government, local government, financial services, business consulting, and pharmaceuticals. 12 of these years have been in roles of growing levels of responsibility inclusive of being member of EXCO and full interaction at Board level. See below a brief overview of my senior/HR leadership experience: i. Divisional Executive HR at DBSA (2008 December – 2012 December) – where I headed their center of Excellence tasked with design and implementation of frameworks such as remuneration, change management, performance management, talent management, and leadership development. In this role, I was also responsible for formulating/reviewing HR policies as well as guiding on definition of terms of engagement with resident unions, wage negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, and representing the organization at CMMA/Bargaining Council. ii. Executive Director HR at HSRC (2013 January – 2014 March) – Where I took overall responsibility for their HR function inclusive of being member of EXCO with full exposure to their Board. iii. HR Director at Novartis – where I took overall responsibility for HR function and the localization and implementation of HR processes across South Africa as well as the Sub Saharan African operations. I was in this role between 2014 April – 2019 April. In this role, I was Country HR Head responsible for localizing and aligning global/regional HR interventions/projects with other Heads of HR in other local Divisions via managing the full functioning of the HR Board. I have a good track record in:  Delivering global, regional and local projects within deadline and budget  Driving culture/organizational transformation  Maintaining industrial harmony with unions  Maintaining clean HR audits (both internal and external)  Defining optimal KPIs to track and manage performance and talent  Driving employee engagement within the organizations I have mentioned above  Collaborating with fellow members of the Executive Committee and CEO to support implementation of company strategy  Working within a matrix, to mention but a few I attach a copy of my CV for your consideration.
