I hold a BA in Humanities majoring in (Development Studies & Poltics). I have acquired experience in a call centre industry, customer service, and admnistration. Since leaving at University of Johannesburg I have gained a degree in Humanities. I worked at Merchants, Vodacom Call Centre for 3 months and after I voluntered as an admnistrative assistant at Greater Ditsobotlo Taxi Association for 7 months. To add, I was recently employed again as a call centre agent at Merchants, Vodacom Call Centre in 2019 for a period of 6 months. I have obtained experience on how to assist customers with their queries and offer customers with solutions to their problems. My job as call centre agent has spurred my interest to expand my level of professionalism in different call centre industries. Solving all different queries for customers as an agent has sharpened my organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. My computer skills are proficient and I'm an expert in Microsoft Word. Also I'm willing to learn other systems that different companies use, as I will grasp very quickly because I'm a fast learner.
