I am currently at EY where I manage the entire recruitment function including both Graduate and Experienced Hire recruitment for Cape Town as well as the surrounding regions. This role spans across all service lines within the firm – Advisory, Tax and Assurance. Before this, I managed the Graduate Recruitment function across Advisory, Tax and Transaction Advisory Services across the country from Johannesburg. This included several sub-service lines including Risk, Performance Improvement and Technology. Prior to EY, I was with Izazi Solutions where my specialty was within with both domestic and international projects with a strong emphasis on Africa. My main areas of focus were IT & SAP Resourcing, Client Relationship Management, Candidate Management, Project Administration and Project Management. I joined Deloitte Consulting in 2009 as part of their Flexible Resources Management team. I was responsible for the full Recruitment function of SAP Consultants and IT Professionals who would be based on internal Deloitte projects as well as external clients, both national and international, with a strong focus on Africa. I believe I have highly developed communication skills and a strong customer focus. I am assertive, committed to the task at hand and have excellent problem solving skills. My accuracy and attention to detail is also beyond reproach. I am very self-motivated and consistently display an attitude of pro-activeness.
