I have had the unique opportunity to learn bookkeeping from quite a few different points of views. In the last 12 years I have always been involved in bookkeeping in one or another way, most of the time in the legal industry. As an estate administrator whether it is for a sequestration, liquidation or deceased estate your duty is to the creditors and the Master of the High Court to finalize the estate, which consist of dealing with all the assets in the estate and then summarizing it in financial statements. My ability to prioritize, organize, be self-motivated and disciplined has made it possible to meet the required deadlines set by law to finalize estate in a certain time frame, it also ensured me to learn a certain deal of patience but still be focused enough to achieve the goals that was required.
