I am currently a contingent workforce administrator. I am responsible for the registration and on boarding of subcontractors, I am also responsible for full AP function from timesheets to payment. My month end responsibility are uploading journals for bad debts provision, accruals, prepayment schedule and cost reallocation journals. Balance confirmation for bad debts, accruals, ap contractors, prepayments and subs balance confirmation. I also work closely with the operations with regards to project scheduling. Previously I was a billing administrator, responsible for monthly billing, rate adjustments, revenue analysis, client contract renuals.
