I am a history master's graduate seeking freelance work in history tutoring (secondary and tertiary), qualitative research (archival, online or database), and academic script advice, guidance, editing and proofreading. I am interested in working both in person and online (i.e. via Skype or email). I have three history degrees: A BA Classics and History (UCT, Distinction); a BA (Hons) History (UCT, First Class); and an MA History of War (King's College London, Distinction). King's is ranked 7th in the UK and 33rd in the world. I have recently completed a Copy-editing online short course provided by GetSmarter and UCT. I have also worked as a history tutor for UCT’s Department of Historical Studies; a freelance historical researcher for academics based at the universities of Cape Town, Leiden and Southampton; a museum intern; and a student residence welcome ambassador and library tour guide at King’s.
