To whom it may concern, I have 6 years relevant working experience in a customer-focused I.T support position in a high work demanding corporate environment. I was based at Absa Towers head office complex in Johannesburg, supporting about 10 different building in various departments. I was fortunate enough to have received a learnership from Gijima called the ‘FSE development program’, through that learnership I received various qualifications including: Comptia A+, Comptia N+, ICDL (international computer drivers license *Microsoft Office), MCDST (Microsoft certified desktop technician), soft skills (presentation skills, communication skills, self-awareness, learning styles and strategies). During the time I was working I also received the Consultant Powerhouse training which focuses on teaching professional consultation in corporate environments; That coupled with my Marketing communication studies and my experience as a call centre agent ensures that I have good verbal and written communication skills. At the end of 2018 going into 2019 I attended the CISCO-MSCA learnership (NQF5) at CTU where I upgraded my IT qualifications so I could expand my career. The course includes: A+, N+,COS (Client Operating System- windows 10), MCSA (Microsoft certified solutions associate – Server 2016/2012), and CISCO (CCNA: Routing and switching). The learnership also included a 6 months Internship. The various problems I have encountered during my working experience and educaion has equipped me with a thorough working knowledge of I.T equipment, computer hardware and commercial software such as MS Office\Office365 and many others as well as Network and Server related issues. Kind regards, Michael Rorke
