My current roles are developing the training materials and QMS, completing and submitting WSP/ATR (to CHIETA/ WRSETA and CETA),Coordinate and manage training for the member’s employees or unemployed Maintain working relationship with CHIETA, WRSETA and CETA, representing the industry in CHIETA Surface Coating Chamber, applying and managing of skills development grants projects, maintain accreditation, update of training materials and accreditation of related qualifications, learnership and other training programmes management, Conduct of Skills audit and talent management, Writing of business proposals and assist and support training facilitators. Ensure compliance of assessors and moderators Market the training programmes within the Industry and establish working relationships with Universities and TVET Colleges Develop new qualifications I am also as part of my current role, I manage the training budget. I ensure my team delivers training programs on time while staying within the assigned budget. Since I took on the Training Manager role, I found ways to reduce our expenses by negotiating with vendors and advocating for more online sessions. These solutions helped us reach employees that worked in locations outside of our headquarters, including overseas ones.
