MY JOB DESCRIPTION AS A PROCUREMENT & PALLET CONTROLLER ;JNR OPERATION CONTROLLER AND RECEPTION RELEAVER IS AS FOLLOWS:- Managing/Control my team in the Pallet Department Clerical Administrative duties Capturing payments received from clients. Accurately onto the in-house system (Proteus) Capturing approved claims accurately onto the system (Oracle) Releasing at the Reception/Switchboard daily for an hour Control of the workers in the Pallet Department , they report to me. Working the Forecast of the Pallet Budget per month Control the Spilt of the Invoices Weekly submit of Inventory Audit I am inspired for this position that has been advertised which motivates me to write why I am interested. I am by nature a peace loving person. I resolve situations wherein I am required to fight. I look forward for opportunities to increase and stretch myself. I want advancement and more responsibilities. I am hard working and I need the challenges in the work place. I thrive in a crises situation which really demonstrates my true courage. I need lots of responsibilities, praise, understanding and independence. I like to lighten the load of my colleagues and I adapt myself to any situation.
