I have excellent people skills and work ethic. I am highly motivated and able to work under extreme pressure. I am able to assume any role in a team and I am generally well liked. I work well with others and on my own. I am highly organised and like structure. Knowing the chain of command and working according to it makes me feel secure. I do not like conflict, therefor I have taught myself conflict resolution skills that has my current co-workers coming to me to sort out issues with difficult senior personnel, clients and suppliers. I am really good at organising events and coordinating last minute changes. I have great communication skills.
