Hi my name is Mitchell Small, I am 27 years old and live in Zwartkop, Centurion. I have a decent amount of experience to qualify myself as a perfect candidate for a restuarant management position. • My restaurant career began when I worked part time at a Spur in Fourways as a waiter. • In the year 2013 I again waitered at Cappaccinos for 8 months before accepting a position in management and a chance to grow. • I started as a junior manager at Papachinos Midrand (then), for the duration of 2 years. In this time I grew alot, being moved around to all areas one could work within a restuarant. I grew into senior management with running the Bar being my first priority. I helped the change over from Papachinos to Ri'Stretto as a split in partnership rendered the business quiet. Eventually I accepted an offer to again work for Papachinos but at the head office in Clearwater. • I then worked another 8 months until leaving again making a break out of the industry. • I have since hopped around within the sales industry until eventually opening my own Telecommunications company, Futurecom. I have now matured in age and opinion and am hoping to make a big break back into retstuarants but with a completely new mindset of things. I think I am a perfect candidate as I am looking for a career where I can settle, learning and expanding my own ideas of an upmarket establishment.
