I have a diploma in H/R but I have worked in customers services assisting and resolving clients queries. I have worked in a call center environment {inbound/outbound}. I have also worked in the walk-in center part of my duties was to create new business (sales) in a giant insurance company. Later in 2004, I worked as an independent contractor supplying goods and services to government departments and to municipalities. I would work with senior managers and directors of departments on a daily basis making sure that I fulfill their expectations I believe that I will be successful in this position given my experience.
