My name is Mmabatho Phuti, I am interested to apply for an available vacancy of employment. I am currently employed as a legal assistant, however looking for something bigger than what I am currently doing. I believe that I am skilled with high cognitive ability, I analyse and break down information quickly. I pay attentive to detail. I am a fast learner. I am good with communication and I speak and understand 4 of the 11 South African official Languages. I am currently studying for my LLB degree with the University of South Africa and had just completed my higher certificate in law in 2018. As a legal assistant I have learned how interpretation, analysis and application of policy, information and detail is managed. To fulfil your duties in this regard requires one to be attentive, informed, updated, active, meticulous, research driven and responsive, with the added sense that another key factor to quality service is the protection of confidentiality of client information. I am a person of these qualities and who is punctual with time, patient with other people and as a personal value to me, ethical conduct is one of my hallmarks. One of my other qualities is the ability to learn and adapt and in the process of learning, it is not important the qualifications I hold, what matters most is to complete the task given to me and one becomes better at that by learning more and being open to work with others as a team, no matter the differences. One of the most valued principles is the principle of ‘’Client satisfaction’’ and this is what would drive me to be diligent and passionate to do my work, so to make sure that clients seek service receive more than a business transaction. Being proactive is one of my strong suits because I believe in preventing a problem rather than solving it. I want to bring my passion and drive in, to put my skills and abilities to use and to gain knowledge and experience for myself.
