I have been involved in starting off HR department for organisations. This includes formulation of policies from the initiation to implementation process. I also assist in structuring a work readiness programme for new employees or trainees within the organisation. This include a detailed on-boarding/induction programme. I also assist the organisation with skills audit and workforce planning. I act as the skills development facilitator, therefore assisting with the submission of Mandatory and Descretionery Grants with the SETAs. I do full payroll management for the organisation, from capturing information to submitting payroll reports. I also facilitate and deliver HR Training for non-HR managers to ensure all managers are equipped to manage those reporting to them. I develop performance management process for the organisations to ensure compliance with labour relations.
