Besides being a professional, hardworking, patient, and positive person, I am simply a happy, and a totally energetic person, who is always committed to whatever I tackle, or I am asked to do 100% is one of my few mantras, because I am always high on life itself, and I enjoy seeing the fruits of my efforts. It is my vision to be an example to many women, because I believe in independence, achieving to be debt free, engaging with all types of people and at different levels of life, and it is heart-warming to witness others like myself, appreciating the gift of life. I get so much personal pleasure out of helping others, with both work and in their personal lives. I know what path God has created for me, and I try to live my life accordingly. I speak English and Tswana fluently and I achieved my Grade 12 in 2001. Having completed the Call Centre Management Course in 2007, it would be obvious to find work to compliment my current skill. I am a self-driven professional, with a passion for supporting the business achieve its objectives through sound and effective skills. I work great both in teams and individually and my confidence and persistence play a crucial role in influencing senior leadership and other stakeholders at all levels, within and outside of the organisation. My organisational and planning skills are excellent and include the aptitude to re-appraise priorities quickly. I can handle a few tasks simultaneously in a calm and effective manner. I have developed my capacity in evaluating situations and identifying appropriate courses of action.
