I worked as a sales promoter for the companies Take 5 and Urban Nation Advertising,both jobs involved - engaging with customers, - creating product and brand awareness - formulating reports on the products that were sold - making sales - assist customers in price and product differentiation, I then worked as a sales team member (Christmas Casual) for Cotton On , the duties involved: - keeping the store clean, neat and organised - assist customers in what they're looking for - generate creative ideas for the store - make sales - engage with customers to assist where necessary - stock-taking - refilling of shelves - greeting customers when they enter the store - assist customers by the fitting rooms - operate on the Point of Sale system, then I went on to complete a Cabin Crew training course for a period of 2months with the South African Airways. Training involved: - Safety and Emergency procedures - in-flight service - wet ditching - fire fighting with smoke hood - Aviation medicine : First Aid - Dangerous Goods - Safety and Security Management I love taking on challenges, I have ever-lasting energy, I work very well in a team, I can handle pressure because it pushes me to be creative, I can complete a task within a given deadline and I have great interpersonal skills.
