I have worked at Life Kingsbury & Claremont Hospital for just over 13 years, as well as Melomed Tokai Private Hospital since inception and have held various positions. My strengths lie within Customer Service, Finance & marketing/Risk Sharing Initiatives and ensuring that the best business practice is applied at all times. I am also very familiar with ISO 9001 requirements and have been in the healthcare industry for the better part of my career. It is my nature to always provide a professional service to external as well as internal clients and this has to be maintained at all times within Patient Services & Marketing – which is essential - the face of any organization and carries with it a great deal of responsibility.
