I’m Mohammed Khalid Suliman. I’m a hardworking, adaptable professional with over 10 years of experience in support and operational roles across the insurance and motor industries. I take pride in being a quick learner, a smart worker, and someone who’s always ready to jump into a challenge. I’ve earned a bit of a reputation as a jack of all trades—whether it’s handling reports, solving issues, or stepping in when things get tough, I make it work. Right now, I’m a Dealer Account Specialist at Motorhappy, where I act as a key link between dealerships and the sales team. My role covers everything from managing lead pipelines and assigning sales opportunities, to resolving issues between F&I teams and our internal departments. I also handle daily, weekly, and monthly reports that help track performance and drive improvements. Back at Motovantage, I was proud to receive the Cliff Jumper Award, which recognized me as someone willing to take risks, step up to challenges, and deliver when it mattered most. I started out in call centers doing night shifts, eventually moving through roles in sales support, admin, and claims handling. One of my proudest career moments was earning my first promotion within a year—it showed me early on what’s possible with focus and effort. I’ve stayed consistent in one thing across all my roles: I work hard, I stay humble, and I rise to pressure. Challenges and I go way back—and we get along just fine.
