To the one who has given me their attention by viewing this letter. You have my thanks and I hope this letter will serve as at least some insight as to what I am, what I provide, and my capabilities. I am Mohammed Khalid Suliman. I have and continue to be, a hard-working individual in any and every working environment I have been assigned to. I pride myself in my abilities as a quick learner, Smart worker and in many cases a Jack of all trades aiming to master it all. I have managed to add value to many fronts of the business and have been known as a go to person when those “bad days” come. I mean in a business we hope the business works as intended always. But there are times where the work gets a little more or staff are a little less. those days with the deadlines that almost no one could meet. But, being the person that I am, on those days especially, is when I thrive and show my worth, more so than the other days. Weird yes. But I enjoy the pressure to be honest. I regularly polish my Cliff Jumper Award which was received in recognition for my efforts in rising to all manner of challenges. I have used all knowledge gained through my years of working thus far to benefit myself and those around me as I enjoy sharing knowledge, also finding more efficient ways of handling tasks. I always look for the next challenge and the next learning experience too. I have been in the support structure for about 3 years now and currently in the dealer maintenance part of the business. We structure agreements and onboard new dealers our marketers bring into the portfolio as well as update and keep track of existing dealers. handling reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis in the process. This accompanied with the queries we receive from the various clients. As in sales support we see all facets, be it other departments in the company, our marketers, and the client as one and the same so we try to ensure the best service levels possible. It’s been a long road from my first call centre days and 12-hour night shifts. But I’ve worked hard throughout and managed to keep myself humble and always consider myself grateful for any chance or opportunity I’ve been given. I still remember my first promotion from a normal call centre agent to claims administrator in my first year. That will be my greatest highlight as it proved to me the power of working hard and working smart. I was told it will be a difficult move, but I was able to learn on the job and became a valuable individual before the end of my tenure. As I said. Challenges and me, are good friends.
