My name is Mona Grace magwira, I’m 22 years old and I use to work as a Cashier, Front desk consultant and clinic receptionist at my previous role. While there, I learned a lot of theory in skills like corporate communication, Microsoft word and Excel, how to answer and transfer calls, reschedule patients or customer appointment and more. I’ve worked hard in my last role and now I’m ready to apply my knowledge into new things and learning new skills too. While I don’t have any lot of work experience, I’ve had a lot of exposure to the business environment. A lot of my skills involved working with real companies to solve real problems. Now, I’m looking to leverage everything I’ve learned to be topped up with new ideas.
