I am familiar with the challenges and the expectation in leading departments. in my career I had an opportunity to lead in the regional office of the trade union for 9 years, in those years I learn a lot about trade union practice and methodology. My experience in management has led me to lead in companies and organisation in middle and senior roles, My passion in Human Resource has persuaded me to acquire qualifications in advance labour law with (UNIS A ), Dispute resolution practice (Stellenbosch University) commissioners couse, Management of Labour Relations (WITS). in my career i'have been exposed to many case handling and CCMA representation, I have facilitated many disputes between the trade union and employer on an inhouse base. I also as an additional qualifications have Project Management and Analytical Chemistry diploma. my knowledge of lean six sigma assisted many companies in reducing cost and increasing output. I am familiar with HRIS (Operational, Tactical, Strategic and Comprehensive). I regard myself as an asset to any organisation and with my inhouse and public communication skills I contribute possitively in achievement of set standards and objectives
