Applications, Contracts, Updates and Payouts • 20% checks to ensure consistent high quality standards • Instituting effective control structures to enforce compliance to policy and procedure without dis-empowering individuals • Provide assistance and administrative support to the Department through open communication and an approachable attitude • Actively assess process and implement appropriate changes • Ensure accuracy transfer of information on Applications, Contracts, Updates and Payouts • Clear bank Recon daily and if need train staff on errors that could be avoided • 48 Hour follow up on all Pending Podiums & Daily follow up and clear all discrepancy reports • Maintain and sustain meaningful relationships within the market place • Communicate effectively with Consultants and Dealerships • Effectively manage risk relationships with dealers • Identify and report fraudulent deals • Ensure continuity in own absence • Motivate staff and give praise and recognition where required • Communicate effectively and timeously with all staff • Provide support and assist staff where necessary • Conduct quarterly performance appraisals with staff • Monitor individual KPA’s as well as performance management agreements to ensure that performance levels are monitored for all individuals on a monthly basis • Ensure training and development plans as well as career paths are affected for all staff • Identify training needs, manage training programs and facilitate in-house or on-the-job training • Plan, organize and control the leave programme for the Department to ensure sufficient staff compliment at all times • Ensure succession plans are in place and focus on the development of identified successors • Lunch Hours, Timesheets, Leave rosters, Overtime schedules • Consistent interaction and decision making • Scheduling meetings and taking minutes • Recruitment and interviewing of new potential employees • Coordinating, planning and managing team buildings and team events
