I am a seasoned HR Professional with B. Social Science degree (Industrial Psychology) an Honours degree in Industrial Relations (University of KwaZulu-Natal) and a Masters Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management (University of Johannesburg) as well as Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Mancosa. I have over 18 years’ experience in the HR field with a generalist focus however strong focus on HR Strategy, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations – at all levels up to CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration) and Employee Wellness, not to mention HR Policies, procedures, processes, systems, reporting, payroll, administration etc. I am a professional, enthusiastic and committed individual who is able to use own initiative and apply sound methodology when tackling a problem, ensuring an end result of high quality.
