I am suited to work as employee relations manager/professional at an operational or strategic level. I see the role of employee relations as being to attain labour peace and stability at all times in order to allow an organization to achieve business objectives both in the short and long term. I am suitably qualified and experienced to fulfil the role of ER Professional/Manager. I am an astute negotiator; effective communicator at all levels, analytic, decisive, emotionally intelligent, assertive, results oriented and can work under pressure. My strengths lie in all facets of employee relations, ranging from legal compliance, development and implementation of policies and procedures, training, handling industrial action, management of discipline and grievances, negotiations through to dispute resolution at CCMA and/or Bargaining Council level.
