. I possess a National Diploma in Management Assistant obtained from Western College For TVET. I was employed by Western College For FET (Head Office in the corporate unit) for the period 01 October 2016 – 31 March 2017 as an Intern in the Assessment Office. My duties during this period included among other Students placing for internships, managing and drafting exam timetables, managing and delivering timesheets for other interns, handling and delivering confidential information, managing test question papers and delivering them to Campuses and filing documents, timesheets and question papers. For the period 01 September 2014 – 31 August 2016 I was employed as intern (Administrative Clerk) within the Administration unit at the Western College For FET (Krugersdorp Campus). My duties during this period involved among others registering Students on Coltech, delivering confidential packages and documents, taking minutes during Management Meetings and invigilating during exams. I have also worked as Personal Assistant to Senior Lecture and my duties were as follows; Typing question papers and memorandums, handling of confidential documents, managing the Senior Lecture diary, managing the filing system of the Senior Lecture, organising venues for the meetings and updating students registers. 03 April 2017 – 14 December 2017 was employed by Anglo American Platinum as HR Data Capture (contractor) and was appointed within the company permanent on the 01 May 2019 – to date as HR Data Capture. Over and above my duties as an intern, I assisted the Campus Manager by performing the following duties as and when requested; delivering and collecting confidential documents, counting assets, managing assets and controlling assets register as well as preparing documents for meetings. During my tenure as intern at both Campuses I acquired the following skills and attributes time management, communication & interactive skills, planning and organising, excellent client/customer skills. I function very well both individually and in a team. I have high level confidentiality and work very well under pressure. I have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office MS Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Access, Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Outlook.
