I have two (2 years) of work experience and I am currently employed as a receptionist. I believe my years of work experience as a receptionist/office administrator, as well as my communication and technological skills, make me an ideal fit for the office admin and receptionist position that may have in your organisation. As a receptionist working in a busy work environment my responsibilities of answering multiple telephone lines has empowered me with good oral communication skill, I have to greet about twenty-five to fifty clients per day, answer questions about the company and directing people to the correct offices. I also call dozens of clients per day to confirm appointments, and send emails every day to various clients. I have strong admin, filling and office management skills. I have experience with a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office, excel, outlook and SAGE (Pastel). I hold a Higher Certificate in Office Administration from Rosebank College and I studied further at Tshwane North TVET College toward - N5 certificate in Office Management assistant.
