I am a very hard-working person, resilient, always put passion on what I do. I have over 18 years of business experience including over 10 years in mentorship and coaching and curriculum development for Enterprise Development and Supplier Development . I take myself serious, self-motivated and I am not afraid to take a risk including also flexible to change. I have managed to produce a well-rounded entrepreneur during my time as a mentor and coach at SAB Egoli Kick Start Program and still continue to impact many SMME and individual entrepreneurs as they pursue this Kourney. My degree and business career Kourney has taught me so much about Basic Money Management Skills, Strategy, Creative Marketing Skills and ’nowledge that a business needs to survive, a character of an entrepreneur , including understanding what one offers as a person is an investment to the business and personal success. I don—t embrace giving up, I embrace previous failures because it gives me a framework for change. My motto in life is without change there will be no growth.
