Mpho Mahlamvu is a director at Earthfuel Infrastructure Advisory. She has been in the infrastructure and built environment for more than 16 years. She has extensive private and public sector experience overseeing innovation initiatives, strategy design and execution for large scale infrastructure construction and maintenance. She enjoys building out-of-the box solutions that step-change business efficiencies. Within her career, she has led multi-site, cross-functional, and multi-national teams to deliver outstanding program results. Her repertoire of skills includes people and P&L (Profit and Loss) management the most recent being an annual budget of R1.2 billion, She also has governance experience in the management of the divisional compliance output (audit plan and review and risk register and risk management plan). She is an award-winning innovator (first prize winner Gauteng Accelerator Program 2014 - Innovation Hub) and has successfully pioneered the first implementation of remote-monitoring of facilities through utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT) for public infrastructure, 2018.
