I assist the organization in managing the sub-recipients/grantee which involves; conducting capacity assessment and verification of the possible sub-grantee or sub-recipient, monitor and review the budget including monthly expenditure of the sub-grantee, train sub-grantee on financial management, donor requirements including assisting sub-grantee developing funding proposal, assisting the sub-grantee in preparation for annual audit.
