Mpumelelo Mdima renders Business Solutions Consultant services and has over a decade of working experience, which includes application development. His work experience spread across various industries, namely banking, consulting houses, public and private sectors, and State Owned Enterprises (SOE) that includes the Aviation industry. Mpumelelo started his career at ABSA bank as an Application Developer for ABSA GROUP IT. He later joined Accenture South Africa as an IT consultant, with National Treasury as a client. Thereafter, he joined a rapidly growing small and medium-size black owned consulting company called KMM Quality Solutions as a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, his areas of focus were and still are Business Process Management, Business Intelligence and Solution Architecture. He was instrumental in defining business processes and procedures for the Anti-Poverty Campaign and Comprehensive Rural Development Programme (CRDP) at the Department of Rural Development and the Office of the Presidency.
