I am a very creative, engaged librarian with more than two years of working experience in Filing and record keeping, reference services, cataloguing, and library management. I have substantial knowledge of preservation, acquisitions, and inter-library loans for both print book and e-resources. I have exceptional interpersonal communication skills, a strong drive to achieve a high level of patron satisfaction. Highly organized and effective team leader aiming to achieve efficiency across library functions. I believe that every patron should receive a warm, personalized level of communication. I have a bachelor’s degree in Library and information science; I also have Honours in Development studies which the study was on ICT (Information Communication Technology). Currently working as Librarian intern at Kwazulu-Natal department of health head office library (Natalia). I have code 10 driver's license, I am also a paying member of LIASA with my membership number (91128).
