Project / Traffic Manager - Integrated - ATL / Digital / Retail with over 20years experience within the Advertising Industry - • Developing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive project schedule, and communicate/report it to ensure visibility to stakeholders and drive projects to completion. • Lead agency operational platform integration and documentation for Brand / Digital / Retail teams in support of same integration • Develop a closed feedback loop between operations and strategy, and ensure continuous improvement for internal operations and workflow. • Manage projects involving cross-functional teams with resources in multiple countries/cities (specifically across Africa) • Develop, document and implement repeatable workflow processes. • Partner with internal counterparts to drive key digital engagement performance indicators including SEO, social, evergreen content, conversions via UI/UX enhancement, and analytics. • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, facilitate project prioritization, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints • Work collaboratively across groups to secure buy-in and drive issues to resolution. • Oversee complex process and system interdependencies in order to ensure successful project execution. • Support GM and ECD in staffing and resourcing for specific projects including platform development, creative execution, and digital and traditional media channels and executions. • Manage multiple projects with interweaving dependencies and deliver on time and budget.
