As an African female, who’s successfully completed her B-tech (bachelor’s degree) in Public Relations at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I have worked in events management for one of South Africa’s leading Investment banks in the various regions of South Africa, The organisation is Nedgroup Investment, which is a private wealth focused subsidiary of Nedbank Limited. Working at Nedgroup Investments as a marketing assistant. In a team effort, I organised an IRF Institutional event for the organisation where we travelled to Durban with the Institutional and marketing team. Nedgroup Investments won the IRF award of the best marketing stand amongst other financial institutions. After Nedgroup, My role at Afrizan has shown strong administrative and marketing skills, in relation to sourcing business leads and creating data base for consultants to action on. I’ve recently worked for an advertising situated on Foreshore named, 99cents as an Account Executive. They are recognised as one of South Africa's leading advertising agency. My responsibilities entailed managing client expectations by liaising with client and internal team on the logistics from when client briefs in a project, time management to execution of projects. The position required a sense of initiative, ambitious, a go-getter and someone who works best under pressure. I will like to believe the describes me.
