I am currently an inventory and procurement manager for Modrac (Pty) Ltd where I lead a team of 14 employees in three departments. I come with over 15 years of work experience, particularly from a manufacturing environment. I am proficient in shipment coordination, employee development and process improvement. I may not currently have a qualification such as a diploma or degree, however I am driven to succeed at any challenge/role presented to me. I excel at:  Reducing waste and cutting costs.  Negotiating with vendors and maintaining good professional working relationships.  Resolving any problems. In addition to my experience, I am easily trained. I am always enthusiastic to learn new things and equally enthusiastic to impart my knowledge onto others. I am hands-on, well rounded and motivated to always to better and grow. I am looking to join an organization that is willing to take a chance on me, an organization that will allow me to grow whilst at the same time, aiding the organization to succeed. I am flexible, not only am I a team leader, but I am a team player as well. I work well with all types of people
