I have 15 years’ experience working within the Project Management Environment; specialising in Planning and Scheduling of Technical Projects. I am interested in a position within the Project Management Environment where I can increase my leadership abilities through mentoring, encountering and solving problems, managing schedules and budgets and meeting Project KPI targets successfully. I obtained my PMP status through PMI in 2018. In my most recent position I worked for Howden Africa (JHH) as a Senior Lead Planner on Mining Projects for the last 5 years, working remotely from home and visiting sites or face to face meetings when required. The Projects entailed Mining Ventilation Industrial Fans, Bulk Air Coolers, Bag House Projects and Blowers for Water Treatment Plants. I managed over 1 billion Rand Planning Projects Portfolios two years in a row and developing and maintaining around 10 to 15 projects and tenders at a given time estimated between 10-250 million Rand per Project with Projects being completed between 6 months to 2 years. Previously I worked as a PMO Consultant and Senior Lead Planner for different Clients on different projects in Mining Engineering, Banking and IT projects. I also have over 5 years' experience working within the EPCM Mining and Mineral Processing Industry at DTE and DRA Global. I also worked for 3 years in the Engineering and Construction Industry for TVE Consulting Engineers, KPMC and Aerobelt that specialised in Conveyor Systems. I have 7 years' international experience mostly working in the Middle East. I was working as a Property Consultant in the Sales Division at Aspire Real Estate located in Dubai. I also worked 4 years as a PA and Admin Manager for the Al Habtoor Group, one of the biggest privately-owned organisations in Dubai. During the first year of my employment, I worked at the Head Office together with the Director and Headmaster to open a new branch of Emirates International School.
