To whom it may concern Good Day My name is: Natashia Kersop, I’ve been working at in this field for more than 13 years, I have been Office Manager since 2001 managing all the functions in the office, that including admin, reception, personal assistant to the managing director, HR assistant handling all of the personal files, Retiring fund and time sheets on excel and now on pastel payroll, as well all the data on pastel. Handling of receiving and dispatching of goods. The admin witch I handled would be: Quotations, purchases, sales, banking and remittances. I handled pickups and delivering for customers, did the admin for deliveries as well. Administrating of Retiring Fund. Sorting of all the filing work in the office. Doing payments, EFT’S for suppliers and general payments for company, bank recon and petty cash. On pastel I did: invoicing, purchases, statements, credit notes, journals, general ledgers, trial balances and sars e-filing. On excel I did: payroll and labor allocating and the persistence’s for the Retiring fund and pay increases. All letters and documentation that had to be typed was done on Microsoft word include quotes forms, credit forms, employee forms letters to clients. Have been working on quickbooks sins 2011 purchasing of goods for projects and stock. Stock allocating on this program as well. I hope this will give you a more clear idea of my experiences and what I am capable of, things I do not know yet I am willing to learn as I am a fast learner and likes a challenge, Good at multi tasking, very observant, attention to detail and I strive for success in everything I put my mind to also a very hard worker, I avoid conflict at all times and have excellent people skills.
