I have a (Bachelor of Administration) from the University of Free State, of which Labour Law and Industrial psychology were part of my subjects. I have a Post-graduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg and currently enrol with the University of South Africa doing LLB degree. At this juncture I’m working at Ekurhuleni Municipality, part of what I’m doing as Labour Relations Specialist is to represent the Municipality in the Bargaining Council and CCMA, facilitate grievance, advice both the employee and the employer about any labour related matter, and ensure that there is compliance and adherence to employee relations statutes. I have 12 years of experience dealing with labour related matters I’m a diligent worker and I know all the relevant prescripts in Labour relations, and promising that should given a chance I can make valuable contribution in your Department.
