I am well versed in the field of client services, contact centre and administration. I was also a supervisor in these areas. I was been in the employ of SAQA for 14 years in the directorate that deals with evaluation of foreign qualifications. I am well versed in the field of client services, contact centre and registration. The role is very appealing to me because i have extensive experience in dealing with new applications, screening applications for correctness, registering applications, dispatching completed results and in general playing an advisory role. I believe that my knowledge, skills and experience in the field makes me a highly competitive candidate for this position.
