. I am currently employed at Tharagay Manor (Dr Rodger Meyer) and I am currently doing reception, admissions and enquiries as part of my current position. I have a number of years’ experience in client services and believe that this always plays a big role when having to deal with clients either face to face and also telephonically. I am always eager to learn and have a passion for dealing with people. The following are some of the requirements which I currently attend to at Tharagay Manor: • Answering and transferring of all calls, including message taking • Answering telephone and email queries, focusing on the admission of the clients • Attend to admin requests by the group CEO • Assist with new clients arriving for admission • Manage all patient related matters as requested by the Clinic Manager • Managing all administrative matters pertaining to the running of the facility, as requested by the Admin Manager • Provide feedback to the Clinic Manager on matters designed to improve the quality of our services • Attend to special requests from clients, e.g. Phones, car keys, appointments for docs, extra cash/cards as instructed by the counselling team • Manage all enquiries as delegated by the Director or Clinical Manager • Provide feedback to the Clinic Manager at all times on matters pertaining to admin functions • General communication from the team to the clients, where necessary and vice versa • Liaising with the Catering Manager to ensure quality of food • Ensuring environment is maintained in conjunction with the Tharagay Operations Manager • Assist with and contribute to the treatment programme as requested by the Clinic Manager • Help market the facility and maintain its reputation • Arranging all client transportation to meetings, appointments and airport transfers
