I joined the hospitality industry straight after graduating university and have loved working in the industry my whole life. I worked as receptionist at the front desk and assistant bar manager at Club Med. Club Med also transferred me to work in other countries and I had the opportunity of working at Club Med Kani in Maldives, Club Med Dong'Ao in China, Club Med Yabuli in China and Club Med Phuket in Thailand. I am able to pick up languages quickly, which helped me interact with different cultures and nationalities easily. It has also granted me the skill of speaking to many nationalities in their own languages as I can currently (speak/understand/read/listen/write) French, Mandarin, English and Thai. I am extremely capable with problem solving and I work well independently and always give guests the greatest experience. I have a service-related mindset and feel excel in revenue generation, training and administrative functions. I am extremely diligent in my responsibilities and duties, a fast leaner and loyal to my employer.
