I am a highly motivated and experienced Facilitator and registered Assessor (Ewseta and Service Seta) with a sound knowledge of the SAQA (South African Qualification Authority), ETQA (Education and Training Qualifications Assurance) and NQF (National Qualification Framework). I am also blessed with a sound knowledge of the water sector policies, regulations, principles, guidelines, tools and procedures such as policy development, implementation and monitoring. I have excellent communication skills such as verbal, reporting wring, presentation skills, sound interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a team. This is particularly important when ensuring that trainees understand the unit standards required of them.
