I have also been both a commercial landlord, while owning my own property and a tenant in numerous malls and shopping centres in and around Gauteng, and have extensive knowledge of leases, retail centre criteria documents, shop outfitting, dealing with all manners of contractors, restoration of leased premises as well as the negotiations that lead to lease contracts and renewals.
