Hello, I'm an internationally experienced coach, trainer and facilitator with a background in sport & exercise; specialising in mental conditioning and growth mindset within sporting and business teams since 2010. I hold a honours degree in Sport Science and Coaching with Exeter University in the UK. Was the national strength and conditioning coach for the British Pro Junior surfing team from 2007 - 2008. Im a certified exercise and life coach through the CHEK Institute and REP's (UK) respectively. I'm a certified Trainer with Success Resources (SS), certified 'Train the Trainer' with Blair Singer (SS) where I learnt and applied advanced public speaking and presentation skills. Training Experience: - I have 250 hours of sports leadership volunteer work in the UK. - I've been a PE teacher for 1 year at a private school in London, UK. - National Strength and Conditioning coaching for 2 years with British Pro Junior Surf Team, Newquay, UK. - Trained and presented to groups up to 150 people in London for 5 years, focussing on communication, presenting, team work and growth mindset. - Personal and group exercise coach for 11 years in London, running workshops and online courses.
