I assist companies in setting up their labour departments from drafting of contract, performance agreements to company policies, representation at CCMA and Bargaining council, working with the unions, chairing of disciplinary hearings and ensuring company compliance. Under compliance I also assist with company registrations and compiling of tender documents.
