I am a hardworking responsible individual with proven experience as an across the board hospitality professional including Front of House and Back of House management, Public Relations, human resources and social media marketing. My amicable attitude and outgoing personality have proven valuable when working as part of a team while my experience as a private chef contributed towards my ability to work independently, manage my time effectively and maintain a high level of organisation. As a HR manager along with managerial duties I learnt to apply my talent for creative writing to legal documents in the form of employment contracts and SOP documents as well as becoming proficient in navigating the South African labour requirements and procedures.
